Established in 2002, Emerald Lawn Care was different from the beginning.  Our professionals have always delivered a customized program.  After careful inspection of your lawn, trees, and shrubs, we determine what they need and that is what we give them.  We want you to have a beautiful, thriving landscape but we do not want to waste your money on excessive treatments that add unnecessary chemicals into the environment.

Mark Utendorf, the owner of Emerald Lawn Care, is a long-time Northwest Suburban resident.  He is committed to the community and is an active member of the District 15 Educational Foundation.  He is a past president of the Schaumburg Prairie Center Arts Foundation, past member of the Palatine Rotary Club and a former American Cancer Society regional board member. 

Mark is a Certified Turfgrass Professional – Cool Season Lawns (CTP-CSL) with extensive green industry experience including Amling’s Garden Center, Klehm Nursery, and Rooney Landscape.  He is a licensed Illinois pesticide applicator for turf and ornamentals and is always happy to discuss your individual needs to develop a customized solution.  You can reach him at 847.392.7097.
